Rural e-commerce is an important way to promote rural revitalization, develop "Internet + agriculture" and increase farmers' income2020 is the closing year for China’s poverty alleviation. Now the state strongly supports the development of rural e-commerce. Many areas of the country present a variety of characteristic rural e-commerce ecological models, and their development has reached a new level. The development of rural e-commerce is Alleviating poverty and getting rich in rural areas have brought excellent development opportunities. Based on the 4C marketing theory, this article considers the perspectives of rural revitalization, customers, and merchants. Taking Tangxing, Tianzhen, Datong City, Shanxi Province, as an example, this paper summarizes the practical development model of rural e-commerce to help rural agricultural development, and provides reference for rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.
