Induction melting furnace is the heating chamber induct electricity to melt metal. The Induction melting furnace is widely used for modern foundries, which manufacture their products by casting or ironmaking. In the operating process, heat from melted metal makes a crack on the furnace wall. After the period, maintenance must be proceeded to prevent an explosion caused by the cracked wall. In this paper, we proposed a method to predict the maintenance point of Induction melting furnace based on the neural network. The methodology is configured by three-steps. The first step is detecting the manufacturing cycle from furnace data. The second step is capturing the value from each cycle. The third step is to predict the maintenance point by using a neural network model. By this method, we are able to predict the maintenance point with high accuracy
