In this paper, the finite-time synchronization of chaotic circuit systems with double memristors (CCSDM) is investigated. First, based on the emulator circuit of memristor, the circuit about CCSDM is constructed, and corresponding mathematical model of CCSDM is provided. By using the appropriate controller and properties of Lyapunov function, the finite-time synchronization of CCSDM is realized. Finally, the dynamic simulation example is constructed to verify the validity of the obtained results.
