Measurements of foF2 in the Arctic Based on Space and Ground-Based Ionosondes

To measure foF2 in the Arctic, it is proposed to use the method of reverse transionospheric sounding using powerful ground-based transmitters of the Russian Federation ionosondes and simple receivers on Russian spacecraft with highly elliptical orbits ("Arctic-M").
