Application Analysis of BIM Technology in Project Management

摘要

In order to achieve the integration of design and construction, reduce engineering changes, save project costs and other performance goals, this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in engineering projects through combining theory with practice. We systematically analyzed the process of BIM application in large-scale engineering projects, and realized the information unification of building life cycle management. Then the application points of BIM Technology in construction project are analyzed, and the key technologies needed for system implementation are described in detail. Finally, taking a construction project management process as a case to simulate, the specific measures of project modeling process, collision inspection and construction simulation process are proposed. The test and analysis results confirm the rationality and advantages of BIM Technology for project management and construction guidance.
