There are three papers on this topic organized into one technical session. The first paper, PVP2019-93096, by N Matev et al. is entitled, "The Influence of Multiaxial Stress Relaxation on Component Creep Damage Accumulation." Deals with the associated accumulated creep evaluation using a ductility exhaustion approach under multiaxial stress state. The second paper, PVP2019-93641, by V. T. Phan et al. is entitled, "A Unified Engineering Inelastic Model For 316h Stainless Steel." discusses Section III, Division 5 of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code which provides rules for designing high temperature nuclear components using inelastic analysis. The final paper of the session, PVP2019-93777, by M. Ando et al. is entitled, "Development Of The External Pressure Charts For 2ViCr-lmo And Mod.9crlmo Steel At Elevated Temperature Design' deals with the required thickness estimation against buckling in the elevated temperature design, the external pressure chart for two kinds of ferritic steel, 2 1/4Cr-1Mo and Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel,
