There are seventeen papers and three technical presentations organized into five technical sessions. The topic of the first session (CS-3-1) papers is Environmentally Assisted Fatigue (EAF) European Projects (INCEFA-PLUS, Finland & Germany. The first paper of this session by K. Mottershead, et al. provides an overall update on the activities of INCEFA-PLUS project since PVP2018. The second paper of this session by M. Bruchhausen, et al. presents the test procedures, provides an overview of the EAF data and gives an outlook on the tests from the INCEFA-PLUS. The third paper of this session by J. Solin, et al. reports environmental fatigue management for long time operation from the Finnish point of view. The last paper of this session by J. Rudolph, et al. describes effects in EAF of austenitic and ferritic steel components including welds and their consideration in a fatigue assessment concept from the German cooperative research projects.
