Current Situation, Problems and Solutions of Colleges’ Talents Cultivation Scheme Reform under the policy of 'Emerging Engineering Education'

摘要

A lot of efforts has been put into invigorating the talents cultivation scheme in universities with the emerging policy of "Emerging Engineering Education". This study aims to examine the status quo of colleges’ talents cultivation scheme in Tianjin University by virtue of various approaches such as case study, field work, questionnaire and interview. Based on the analysis of Triple Helix Theory, the study evaluates typical cases and further proposes implications for colleges to promote cross-disciplinary exploration from aspects of construction of platform, institutional assurance and Brand activities.
