摘要

Production scheduling of steelmaking-continuous casting includes the collaborative optimization of main equipment (multiple converters, refining positions and casters) and auxiliary equipment (multiple cranes). How to make a good scheduling of auxiliary equipment is the key for the real steelmaking production. In this paper, we do research on the scheduling problem of cranes in the process of steelmaking-continuous casting based on mixed integer programming modeling methods, and produce a scheduling scheme which is based on multiple heuristic algorithms. The approach could ensure the quality of scheduling of auxiliary equipment. The optimization methods produced is testified in the production process of steelmaking-continuous casting through a certain large domestic iron and steel enterprise. The results show that the method produced in this paper can smooth the schedule of cranes, promoting the production efficiency and improving the economic benefits of enterprise.
