In order to solve the disadvantages of peak power sensors calibration and compensation by external calibration source, such as high cost, long calibration time and poor operability, this paper designs the linear calibration technology based on build-in calibration of peak power sensors. The practice results show that this technique not only reduces the power meter cost, shortens the calibration time and improves the user experience, but also improves the power measurement accuracy of peak power sensors in the entire dynamic range.
