A novel structure of ultra-light weight, miniaturized four channel T/R module based on LTCC technology is proposed in this paper. The module has the function of vector modulation, which can adjust the phase and amplitude of each channel. The input and output modes of RF are cleverly designed to realize the air tightness. The size is only 43.5mm×28.2mm×3.8mm, and the weight is only 14.2g.
