Characterization of thick tin deposits by autocatalytic reaction and electrochemical investigations of autocatalytic tin electrolytes and their reaction mechanisms

The presented study focus on the mechanistic understanding of the autocatalytic tin deposition. The results are encouraging enough to further evaluate the autocatalytic tin electrolytes as a valuable alternative in specific applications in the IC substrates and $mu$-LED industry.
