Multifunctional Cascaded Photonic Crystal Nanobeam Cavities Sensor for Dual-Parameter Sensing

摘要

A cascaded photonic crystal nanobeam cavities sensor is demonstrated, which can be used for simultaneous detection of liquid concentration and temperature, as well as dual-parameter sensing of gas refractive index and temperature under small interferences.
