Throughout its history, humankind has been exploring and exploiting materials to solve the challenges of its times. In present time, the environmental challenge is critical as emphasize by UN body on climate change. Photocatalysis is now recognized as a solution to environment protection, and part of sustainable development. Numbers of waste or undesirable matters produced by human activity can be destroyed (removed) by this emerging technology. The development of photocatalytic materials is still rapidly growing field of science and technology. The commercial potential for such materials are massive. The paper investigates the photocatalytic functional property of nano size thin film developed by novel deposition method and the effect of pH of the solution.
