In this paper, a model was established to determine an optimal security service system, which can help airlines security. Normal distribution method of the queuing theory was adopted. In order to optimize the quecue, we used the queuing theory of single service model and service desk and applied the weighted average statistical preview and routine security checks to calculate the average queue time. Our optimized queuing model used queuing theory with strict queuing theory of ρ-Lscurve approximation solution to check the correctness of optimization. Besides by using the method of linear programming, we calculated the total flights departing passengers of each period and the peak of each period to reach the minimum of the absolute value of the difference of the average number of passengers. We further identified where we could make our model more powerful by considering things such as security. Finally, the simulation was carried out to test our model.
