Analysis of the character and phylogeny of the rotifers collected in Thai land and Japan

摘要

1.Several rotifer species were isolated from the fish pond in Thailand, the pond in Nagasaki and a sludge of WWTP in Nagsaki. 2. Character of food selection of the isolated rotifers were elucidated. 3. The 18s rRNA gene sequences of the rotifer from WWTP in Nagasaki were Bdelloidea sp. R14 and Philodina acuticornis 18S rRNA gene were found. I will show the new specific primer in the presentation.
