Assessment of skin cancer using nonlinear microscopy

Two-photon microscopy (TPM) was used on ex vivo human samples, including the normal skin and various skin cancers.Herein, specific characteristics of TPM images compatible with the histopathologic findings will be presented to evaluateits clinical availability.
