The purpose of the proposed paper is to detail the student design, manufacturing, testing, and verification process being used on the injector for the Cygnus engine. The injector has been fully designed and is currently in the process of being manufactured. Once complete, it will be integrated into the engine, and hot fire tested. The Cygnus engine is a cryogenic, liquid, bi-propellant, regeneratively cooled, rocket engine as part of Cal Poly Pomona's Liquid Rocket Lab. The goal of this engine is to propel the Bronco One Launch Vehicle, built by team students on the team, to an altitude of 45,000 feet An overview of the design and initial analysis results is presented herein. Future work to be included in the final paper will include the proof of manufacturing quality testing and then the engine performance testing verifying the final design. Additional analysis will also be done by running CFD simulations on the injector. A complete success for this project will be the eventual flight and recovery of the launch vehicle using this engine.
