User Experience Analysis of binus.ac.id Website with The Usability Testing Perspective (A Case Study Approach)

摘要

Nowadays student registration can be done via online as well as offline. Which is why university website is important and need to be clear, so the potential student or parent can acquire correct and complete information about the university. The author using BINUS university website as an object for this research. This research will use two online accessibility tools for gathering information such as quality assurance for the component of the website and load speed when user click the website. The goal for this research is to find any missing spot on the website, which is been ignore from the initiate of the website deployment. So, from the result of this research, it can give the website developer suggestion to reconstruct the website by improving the quality of user experience and this research become the lesson learned also for the researcher in area of user experience.
