摘要

Energy consumption is of paramount importance for efficient cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks. In this paper, the goal is to minimize the energy consumption of cooperative spectrum sensing schemes by selecting minimum number of sensing nodes and optimally determining energy detection threshold with the set of constraints consisting of the global probability of detection and probability of false alarm. Our simulation results show that the developed algorithm performs efficiently while its computational complexity is significantly lower than that of prior works.
