A superconductive/memristive device was developed based on a biomimetic Matrix Matelloproteinase-2 (MMP) multiple-layered toroidal vortex organo-metal superlattice membrane, as Device 1. Its superconductive and sensing function was enabled and amplified in the presence of collagen-1 compared with a native protein MMP-2 device, as Device 2, that has various sized toroidal vortex structures. Device 1 promotes zero-potential quantum conductance density at room temperature without an applied external magnetic filed. The quantum conductance density per superlattice of Device 1 is 3.1x10~(10), 13 and 1.33-fold higher than that of the activated Device 2 at 1 Hz, 1 kHz and 10 kHz, respectively. It enabled direct detection of sub fg/mL collagen -1 with a wider analytical range (5 fg/mL to 200 ng/mL) and higher sensitivity compared with Device 2 at its innate and active state, respectively. Point Accuracy results obtained by Device 1 have a recovery 96.4± 3.4% and 97.9 ± 0.73% using fresh human capillary blood serum samples at 2.5 pg/mL and 166 ng/mL with imprecision of 4.9% and 0.8 %, respectively using a Chronoamperometric (CA) method after subtracting the currents from control serum samples. At the innate state of Device 2, the device bears a 10% super current compared with Device 1 when evaluated with the CA method. Using a Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) method, the activated Device 2 has 50-fold increased current intensity compared with its innate state under labeling-free and probe-free conditions. We demonstrated the first time that Device 2 at its innate state directly senses collagen-1 changes from 0.5 pg/mL to 500 pg/mL without using denaturing procedures. Device 1 has 1.2 x10~7-fold increased the detection sensitivity and widened the testing range compared with Device 2 at its innate state.
