摘要

Theoretical analysis of weak localization for the three dimensional system presently does not include the case with strong scattering by local magnetic impurities [1]. We have studied the magnetic scattering in weak localization of a paramagnetic Fe_(0.33)Zr_(0.67) alloy, a composition just below the ferromagnetic phase boundary. Common experimental observations in the transition metal based paramagnetic alloys is that the spin-orbit scattering is so strong that a MR (Magneto-resistance) is positive. We studied the effect of strong magnetic scattering under strong spin-orbit interaction.
