Modeling of Stomatitis in Rats and novel Treatment using Microneedles-based Patch

摘要

This paper proposed a novel treatment for stomatitis using microneedles-based patches. We purposed to test whether appropriate physical stimulation by microneedles has a promotion effect on the healing of stomatitis. At the present stage, we have made a modeling of stomatitis last for more than one week on the oral mucosa of Sprague-Dawly (SD) rats and recorded the spontaneous recovery process.
