The present invention relates to a mucoadhesive patch prepared by using a mucoadhesive property of a water-soluble polymer and an effect of treating a stomatitis drug of a steroid drug in order to effectively treat an intraoral disease.;The adhesive material of the present invention is composed of a double layer of a protective layer containing a drug so that the adhesive layer is less influenced by saliva and less loss is caused by friction in the oral cavity.;The present patch is a double-layered film obtained by laminating two or more layers of an adhesive layer and a protective layer in the form of a drug dispersed in a mixture of three or more proper polymer. It is difficult to use on a bent portion in an oral cavity in conventional patch tablets, The present invention provides a new agent for effectively inducing drug efficacy at the site of the lesion in view of disadvantages such as appearance of a foreign body when used due to its thickness.
