摘要

The optimization method of the energy storage device for the active output power of the wind farm is investigated to reduce the impact of wind farm output power fluctuation on the power grid. After establishing the standard deviation model about the charging and discharging power of the energy storage device, a new algorithm which is defined as PSO-ABA Hybrid Algorithm is proposed. And the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by several functions, such as Ackley function. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Then the optimal charging and discharging power of the energy storage device is obtained through the actual output power data of wind farm and grid power demand. Thereby, the problem of energy storage device stabilizing the output power fluctuations of wind farm is solved.
