The possibility of using semiconductor properties and high specific surface area of nanotubular anodic titanium oxide (TiO2 NTs) in devices for photocatalytic and energy applications is potentially interesting. However, its high electrical resistance is one of the limiting factors. Recently, carbon-containing nanostructures of titanium oxide have been developed [1]. At the same time, the influence of thermal post-treatment on TiO2 NTs electrophysical properties are not studied well. In this work, we studied the electrophysical properties of carbon modified TiO2 NTs depending on the conditions of the thermal post-processing including different atmosphere, temperatures and duration. The composition of the formed samples was investigated by EDX. Electrophysical properties were investigated by two-probe method.
