Ultrafast THz Fingerprints of Large Polaron formation in Lead-Halide Perovskites

摘要

Ultrafast Thz spectroscopy combined with DFT calculations demonstrates the formation of large polaron in CsPbPr3nanocrystals. Our results explain their fascinating dielectric properties that makes hybrid perovskites a promising platform for next-generation high-performances optoelectronics devices.
