The paper will present a new technology for cross belt and raw meal online analysis. The measurement technology is based on near infra-red analysis of the raw material. The main advantages are: 1. No radioactivity; 2. No special permits required; 3. No expensive sources; 4. Lowest cost of ownership; 5. Proven system with the best accuracy; 6. Can measure the standard oxides CaO, SiO, FeO, AlO but moreover: a. elements and mineral structures (clinker phases); b. down to ppm concentrations in; c. raw material, raw meal and finished cement, like moisture (H2O), MgO, SO, TiO, NaO, KO, Cl, PO, Hg, carbohydrates, CS, CS, CA, CAF, etc.
