摘要

In this paper a new control method for a three level flying capacitor buck converter has been developed using a modulated model predictive control. The proposed method takes into account all the possible switching configurations of the converter and selects two switching configurations to be applied to the converter in the next sampling time, using a cost function. The cost function has been defined such the two selected consecutive switching configurations minimize the error of output voltage and the flying capacitor voltage simultaneously. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been evaluated using the experimental results.
