Assessment of Ambient Air Pollution Levels at Umm Al-Aish Oil Field-Kuwait

Levels of criteria pollutants were monitored using DPSs at 8 locations over a whole year over four cycles each lasting for one month at a typical oil field in north Kuwait. Maximum hourly and daily concentrations measured by MAPL were used in combination with DPSs results to generate similar values at other locations, something which is impossible with DPSs measurements alone. The calculated values were in conformity with KEPA's NAAQSs.
