This paper discusses a dynamic model designed for Helicobacter pylori and antibiotic response. Respectively, with the integer order and fractional order of the equivalent circuit model to describe time-kill curve for different concentrations of antibiotic and Helicobacter pylori, where the parameters and variables in the model are introduced from external data. The fitting effect of the two is compared, and it is found that the effect is better with the fractional model. At the end of the paper, a brief introduction to the possible application of the model is given.
