Started from the teaching essence, this paper explains the conceptions of teaching application mode, knowledge application pattern and model construction. Then the theoretical model of network teaching application development is provided based on constructivist learning theory. From the perspective of integration of networks, services, and applications, the principle rules of new generation of network teaching application service system is established with systematic strategies. Integrated with agent technology and distributed object computing, we propose personalized implementation strategy for network teaching and the definitions of knowledge application model and unit teaching model, as well as model construction and design ideas of knowledge construction. Finally corresponding reference implementation model and prototype are provided and they are realized by models and cases.
