摘要

To avoid the contradiction between shortage and recruitment difficulties of E-business talents, we study, design and realize Web-based E-business talents recruitment system. At first, we analyze business process in the system, obtain functional requirement and apply use-case diagram as well as function module partition to describe requirement analysis. Then, based on this requirement analysis, this paper designs and realizes system management module, online recruitment and online job search in detail. In the platform development, this paper adopts ASP.NET developing platform, applies mature B/S three-layer framework model as well as AJAX technology and completes adaptive matching post-based various functions of E-business talents platform. The test analysis results show that this system is stable in operation and excellent in performance. Its various functions meet the design requirement and achieve the expected effect.
