Effective Cross-Frame Distribution forStraight Steel I-Girder Bridges withSkewed Supports

In skewed I-girder bridges, the configuration of the cross-frames in the bridge layout is one of the principal factors that influence the structural response. This paper discusses and provides examples for different cross-frame distribution schemes for straight steel I-girder bridges with skewed supports to mitigate effects of skew.
