The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a prestressed honeycomb I girder. According to the present invention, a tensile stress of a girder lower flange that is generated due to dead and live loads can be offset in regular succession, unlike in preflex composite beams of the related art, and thus no excessive initial lifting is required in a girder central section. The method for manufacturing a prestressed honeycomb I girder according to the present invention includes (a) a step in which upward lifting is applied to an I girder that is configured to have an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web; (b) a step in which the upwardly lifted I girder is jacked downward, an upper cover plate is bonded to the upper flange and a lower cover plate is bonded to the lower flange, the jacking is released, and the I girder is maintained in a linear state; (c) a step in which the web of the I girder is longitudinally cut in a zigzag shape for alternate valley and peak formation and is divided into an upper module and a lower module; (d) a step in which upward lifting is applied to the lower module; and (e) a step in which the upwardly lifted lower module is jacked downward, a linear state is maintained, the lower module is positioned in peak matching with the upper module, and then the welding coupling is performed so that the I girder is produced with a honeycomb being formed in the web.
