On implementation of physical formula in risk evaluation for heat stroke

摘要

To evaluate the adverse health effect of heat load on the human, it is essential to analyze the time evolution of sweating and core temperature elevation. The feature of the computational code developed at the Nagoya Institute of Technology is to combine the thermodyanamic analysis and thermoregulatory response. However, calculation of blood temperature was calculated from a variable related to heat conduction. In the present study, a new physical formula related to calculation of blood temperature is implemented in our computational method for analyzing temperature in human body, and computational results is compared with conventional results as well as the results of experiment. In addition, we present examples of computational results when simulating heat environment in Japan.
