摘要

Constant satellite track custody and the ability to track aircraft, missiles and satellites are hypothesized as providing significant military utility. Concepts to achieve each benefit are presented, identifying the key technologies that must be matured to reduce the performance, cost and schedule risks to make the chosen concept a reality. For each technology to mature, specific measures of performance are recommended. Multi-year technology maturation roadmaps are offered as a starting point for others to improve upon. The technologies needed are pervasive, so should the noted technologies be achieved, to any degree, other military space system acquisitions would benefit by providing more capability, at lower cost, or with more resilience.
