Application of DEA in Evaluating the Effectiveness of the City Input and Output of Science and Technology

摘要

City science and technology input is very important to the economic development of a city. Importance should be attached with the effectiveness and efficiency of city science and technology input. By applying the DEA method, this article evaluates the effectiveness of city science and technology input in thirteen main cities in Jiangsu province that provide basis for the relevant authorities to understand the present condition of the effectiveness and efficiency of the science and technology input in the main cities in Jiangsu province.
