With the reform of power industry, it is important to assess the competition of power enterprises. In the paper, indicator system of power enterprises' competitiveness is set up, which includes quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators. According the indicator system, we evaluate the power enterprises' competitiveness with fuzzy model and entropy coefficient.
