Managing a sugarcane industry can cut down the productivity process by deficient usage of the assets. The proposed investigation system uses IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) to innovate the way in which an industrial environment connects and optimizes machines. With the usage of sensors, the data is collected and intelligent decision in which the vehicles and machines communicate within a manufacturing sector makes analysis. By linking machinery and vehicles to a central system through sensors, IIOT allows the administrator to monitor all assets at present and to detect if a machine has undergone physical stress and calculate the expected lifetime of the machine. These data are collected and encapsulated for the calculation of asset usage and predictive maintenance techniques, which in turn govern whether they are best, used which makes a company profitable. This system ensures increased productivity, less environmental impact by isolating and identifying the machine's performance and therefore eliminates needless downtime bottlenecks.
