Manufacturing of deep blazed gratings based on holography

摘要

Manufacturing optical gratings with best optical performance, Zeiss has a well-established process chain based on blazed photoresist masks [1]. To extend the holographic approach towards applications in the IR-range with demanding blaze profile depths exceeding 1 urn the necessary profile tuning is presented here.
