摘要

A new multipollutant-containing gas stream generating device is developed and applied for the investigation of three plate-type V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2 catalysts for Hg~0/NO/dioxin control. Effects of temperature, water vapor content and area velocity on the conversion or reduction efficiency of Hg~0/NO with three catalysts are investigated. The results show that the conversion or reduction efficiency of Hg~0/NO achieved with three plate-typed catalysts significantly decreases as water vapor is added into the gas stream. Overall, this study compares the effectiveness of three catalysts for Hg~0/NO/dioxin conversion, and the results indicate that 1.52 wt% V_2O_5 catalyst has the highest efficiency for multi-pollutants control. The result also reveals that the concept of multi-pollutant removal may be realized via the application of SCR catalyst.
