摘要

A hardware simulation of harmonic radar detection is constructed using standard laboratory-grade radio-frequency instruments to act as the front-end of the radar and a transverse electromagnetic (TEM) cell to act as the radar environment. The apparatus, which fits on a typical lab bench, may be used to catalog nonlinear responses of different handheld electronic targets under illumination by a wide band of radio frequencies.
