Universities-industry collaboration (UIC) partner selection based on Grey Fuzzy Evaluation

摘要

A comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise's partner selection on UIC is established by use of Analytical hierarchical process (AHP) and Grey Fuzzy Evaluation Method. The evaluation index system is built through literature review and expert interview, and then the weight of each index is determined by AHP and the reasonable conversion from qualitative to quantitative is acquired through the application of Grey Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment Method, which enable to make the evaluation model scientific and reasonable. Additionally, an example of UIC partner selections is used to test the effective and applicable of proposed comprehensive evaluation model of UIC partner selection.
