摘要

Three-dimensional photoacoustic imaging using robotically tracked transrectal ultrasound probe is introduced to improve brachytherapy seeds detectability. The feasibility was experimentally demonstrated, and synthetic aperture focusing improved elevational resolution and signal-to-noise ratio.
