High-resolution optical coherence microscopy using highpower supercontinuum source in 1700 nm spectral band

摘要

We developed high-resolution optical coherence microscopy using a high-power supercontinuum source in 1700 nm spectral band, and demonstrated to image biological samples with 1.4 μm lateral and 2.8 μm axial resolution at high imaging depth.
