摘要

The synthetic results of a study for a new energetic plasticizer including gem-dinitro group and aliphatic long chain were presented.gem-dinitro group acts as an energetic and aliphatic long chain acts as property modifier for plasticizer in castable PBX's.This gem-dinitro alkyl ester plasticizer shows excellent plasticizing effect, low glass transition temperature and thermal stability.This plasticizer shows good miscibility with HTPB and low solubility with RDX.We tested its processing characteristics and physical properties of binder system.Finally, we developed preliminary formulation to check the application possibility of plasticizer.
