The Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) has been widely adopted by the nuclear industry across the globe. This process breeds best practice by applying an efficient and robust methodology to drive competence and ultimately business improvement. The SAT process consists of two key components; the first being the Analyse Design Develop Implement Evaluation (ADDIE) model and the second being training committees that champion the process.
