Standardized Task Evaluations (STE) use in Accredited Training Program Standardization

As part of the ongoing standardization of Maintenance and Technical Training programs, Entergy Nuclear has chosen to use selected Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI) Standardized Task Evaluations (STE) as the evaluation method for company and supplemental workforce personnel qualifications. Over the last three years, Entergy Nuclear has been undertaking actions to shift the Maintenance and Technical training programs from site specific to common training material for all sites. These activities have focused on systematically determining the training tasks and then developing and implement common training material and qualifications for use at all sites.
