Asset management journey for Dutch light rail system

摘要

The article presents all aspects of asset management for Dutch light rail system including both principles and processes, technical and managerial aspects focusing on tools, standards, data and the application of business processes. The project manager implementation PAS 55 certification, value creation, maintenance planning and training and development are also presented.
